Staff Management

The following guide will help you manage staffs. The staff is the employee of your office that can serve client. The staff list will display in the service booking page as showing below,

Manage Staff

After log in to the Content Management System. You click on the "Staff" on the left menu to go to the Manage Staff. The system will transfer you to the "Manage Staff" as showing below.

Add New Staff

From "Manage Staff" screen click "New Staff" button to add a new staff for your website. System will tranfer you to the New Staff form as showing below.
After input all staff information. Click "Approve" button to approve your staff. It will be display in the service booking page.

Instructions for fields in New Staff form

  1. Image: The main image of staff. Click "Select Image" button and select image from your computer
  2. Status: Display status of the staff as showing below.
    • Approved: Will show in the service booking page.
    • Disapproved: Will not show in the service booking page.

Update the current staff

From "Manage Staff" screen click "Edit" link on the staff you wish to edit. The Update Staff form will display as showing below.
After modify information. Click "Save" button to save the content.
Notes: The fields in Update Staff form same as fields in New Staff form

Delete a Staff

From "Manage Staff" screen click "Delete" link on the staff you wish to delete. The system will display the confirmation window as showing below.
Click the "OK" button to delete, the staff will be removed from your website. If do not wish to delete just click "Cancel" button.
