Service Management

The following guide will help you manage services and manage service detail

Manage Service

After log in to the Content Management System. You click on the "Services" on the left menu to go to the Manage Service. The system will transfer you to the "Manage Service" as showing below.

Add New Service

From "Manage Service" screen click "New Service" button to add a new service for your website. System will tranfer you to the New Service form as showing below.
After input all service information. Click "Publish" button to publish your service to the website.

Instructions for fields in New Service form

  1. Title: The title of the service.
  2. Brief Description: If have will display with Title in list service page
  3. Content: The content of the service will be display in the detail page. You can format the text, insert images,... like using MS Word.
  4. Image: The main image of service. Click "Select Image" button and select image from your computer
  5. Ordering: The display order in list service page.
  6. Category: The category of service (Use to categorize if your website have many services. Only available if you choose Include category for service when you build your website. )
  7. Status: Display status of the service as showing below.
    • Draft: The draft version. Will not display in the website.
    • Pending: The pending version . Will not display in the website.
    • Published:The published version . The image will display in the website.
    • Hide: Hide this service. Will not display in the website
  8. Display On: The display location of service
    • Top Menu: Will display in Top Menu (Main menu of the website. Below the menu of service page)
    • Bottom Menu: Will display in bottom of the website. (If the your website layout have enable services display on bottom of the page)
    • Home Service: Will display in home page (If the your website layout have enable services display on home page)
  9. Options: Click on this will pop out more options as showing below.
    • Tag: Tag of service.
    • Published Date & Expire Date: If have data the service will only display after Published Date and before Expire Date
  10. SEO Information: Click on this will pop out Search Engine Optimation options. For more information about Search Engine Optimation click here.

Update the current service

From "Manage Service" screen click "Edit" link on the service you wish to edit. The Update Service form will display as showing below.
After modify information. Click "Save" button to save the content.
Notes: The fields in Update Service form same as fields in New Service form

Delete a Service

From "Manage Service" screen click "Delete" link on the service you wish to delete. The system will display the confirmation window as showing below.
Click the "OK" button to delete, the service will be removed from your website. If do not wish to delete just click "Cancel" button.

Update Services display order

From "Manage Service" screen to update the display order. Just enter the sort order in the Order column then click the "Update Order" button.

Manage Service Details

Manage Service Details

From "Manage Service" screen click "Manage Details" link on the service you wish to Manage Details. The Manage Service Details may be display as showing below.

Add New Service Details

From "Manage Service Details" screen click "New Service Detail" button to add a new service detail for your service. System will tranfer you to the New Service Detail form as showing below.
After input all service detail information. Click "Publish" button to publish your service detail to the website.

Instructions for fields in New Service Details form

  1. Title: The title of service detail.
  2. Brief Description: If have will display with Title in list service page and detail service page.
  3. Code: Code of service detail.
  4. Price: Price of service detail.
  5. On Sale: If this service detail is "on sale" choose On Sale=Yes the form will auto display the On Sale Price. So you can enter the On Sale Price of service detail
  6. On Sale Price: If On Sale = Yes. This will be the price of service detail.
  7. Price Type: The text will display after Price. For example if you enter Price=20; Price Type=++; The Price text will display in your website is $20++.
  8. Ordering: The display order in list service detail page.
  9. Status: Display status of the service detail as showing below.
    • Draft: The draft version. Will not display in the website.
    • Pending: The pending version . Will not display in the website.
    • Published:The published version . The image will display in the website.
    • Hide: Hide this service detail. Will not display in the website

Update the current service detail

From "Manage Service Details" screen click "Edit" link on the service detail you wish to edit. The Update Service Details form will display as showing below.
After modify information. Click "Save" button to save the content.
Notes: The fields in Update Service Details form same as fields in New Service Details form

Delete a Service Details

From "Manage Service Details" screen click "Delete" link on the service detail you wish to delete. The system will display the confirmation window as showing below.
Click the "OK" button to delete, the service detail will be removed from your website. If do not wish to delete just click "Cancel" button.

Update Service Details display order

From "Manage Service Details" screen to update the display order. Just enter the sort order in the Order column then click the "Update Order" button.
