Log in to the Content Management System

  1. To manage your website content. You need to log in to the Content Management System. You click on the link in the "Administration Control Panel" in the email we sent you. The system will transfer you to the login page as showing below
  2. After login in the system will transfer you to the Administration Control Panel. From here you can create content for your website. Depending on the module of the website you have, the management functions may be like below. You click on each item below to see the corresponding instructions.
    • CONTENT MANAGEMENT
      • Main Content (Manage your web pages. You can add / delete / edit as many pages as you want)
    • ONLINE STORE
      • Orders (Manage orders when customers purchase on the website.)
      • Products (Product management. You can add / delete / edit products.)
      • Categories (Product Category Management. You can add / delete / modify product category.)
      • Product Attributes (Management attributes of the product. You can add / delete / edit the properties of the product.)
      • Promotion Codes (Manage promotional code. Promotion code is entered for the discount when customers order products.)
      • Sales Report (Sales report. Report products sold by day, month, year)
      • Inventory Report (Inventory report. Report on the number of products sold)
    • SERVICE MANAGEMENT
      • Service (Services management . You can add / delete / edit services.)
      • Categories (Service Category Management. You can add / delete / modify service category.)
      • Order/Booking (Booking reservations Management for customer order services.)
      • Staff (Manage the staff of your office. This staff will be displayed on the service booking page enable customers can choose.)
    • NEWS MANAGEMENT
      • News (News management . You can add / delete / edit news.)
      • Categories (News Category Management. You can add / delete / modify news category.)
    • GALLERY MANAGEMENT
      • Mangage Photos (Photo management . You can add / delete / edit photo.)
      • Categories (Photo Category Management. You can add / delete / modify news photo.)
    • ADMINISTRATIVE
      • Members (Member Management . Member register on website or when order products.)
      • Export (Export list emails of member, order,.... Use to send newsletter or promotions,....)
    • CONTACT
      • General Contact (Contact Management. Customer contact in contact page will display here.)
      • Consult with us (Consult Management. When customer need consult about your products will display here.)
    • CONTROL PANEL
      • Configuration (Config for your website. Change Admin Email, Page Size, configuration information,....)
      • Admin Account (Manage other administrator account. You can add more administrator to manage your website here)
      • My Account (Your current admin account. You can update it here)
      • Trash (The recycle bin. Some informations when you delete it will not really delete but it go to recycle bin. You can restore it in here)
  3. Also after login in on the top menu also display the following information.
    Welcome: Your Name | Logout (Click here to log off the Administration Control Panel)
    English | Vietnamese (The current langugaes of the websites. You ca click on the language to view the data of website of selected language)
