The following guide will help you manage contacts information that user submit via contact form in the Contact Us page.
After user contact you via contact form. You will receive and email to notify and the information also store in the Content Management System for you to easy management.
After log in
to the Content Management System
. You click on the "General Contact"
on the left menu to go to the Manage Contact. The system will transfer you to the "Manage Contact"
as showing below.
View Contact Information and reply
From "Manage Contact" screen click "View" link on the contact you wish to edit. The Contact Detail page will display as showing below.
You can enter reply information in the Content field then click the Reply button. Your reply will be send to your email customer.
Delete a Contact
From "Manage Contact"
screen click "Delete"
link on the contact you wish to delete. The system will display the confirmation window as showing below.
Click the "OK" button to delete, the contact will be removed from your website. If do not wish to delete just click "Cancel" button.
